Abstract:This article focuses on the action path of enterprises participating in the integration of industry and education from the perspective of field theory. By elaborating on its theoretical and practical significance,defining relevant concepts, and deeply analyzing the challenges faced, such as the loss of high skilled talents,poor cooperation between schools and enterprises, difficulties in professional construction, and difficulties in transforming scientific research achievements, targeted optimization paths are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for promoting the deep participation of enterprises in industry education integration and promoting the development of vocational education.
