在全球产业向智能化、绿色化转型背景下,我国高职教育面临“用工荒”与“就业难”的结构性矛盾,核心症结在于人才培养与产业需求匹配错位,体现为学生硬技能、软技能、动态能力三维就业能力的不足。聚焦校企共育对高职学生三维就业能力的提升机制与效能,以湖北省装备制造业技能人才需求调研数据为基础,以武汉职业技术大学“四维衔接立体互融”校企共育模式为研究对象,剖析该模式通过“课岗、课训、课赛、课证”四维衔接及“师资互聘、基地共享、竞赛联办、学生共育”立体互融生态作用于三维就业能力的内在机制,并通过实证检验其效能。研究发现,该模式能显著提升学生的硬技能达标率、软技能评分及动态能力评价。最后,基于研究结论从机制重构、能力培育、激励设计、质量评价四个维度提出校企共育策略,为提升高职学生就业能力、破解职业教育人才供需矛盾、服务产业转型升级提供可参考的解决方案。
Abstract:Under the background of the global industry's transformation towards intelligence and green development, China's higher vocational education is confronted with a structural contradiction of "labor shortage" and "difficult employment". The core issue lies in the mismatch between talent cultivation and industrial demands, which is manifested in the insufficiency of students' three-dimensional employability, including hard skills, soft skills, and dynamic capabilities. This study focuses on the mechanism and effectiveness of the improvement of three-dimensional employability of higher vocational students through the co-education model of schools and enterprises. Based on the survey data of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hubei Province, and taking the "Four-dimensional Connection and Three-dimensional Integration" co-education model of Wuhan Polytechnic University as the research object, this study analyzes the internal mechanism of how this model affects the three-dimensional employability through the four-dimensional connection of "curriculum and position, curriculum and training, curriculum and competition, and curriculum and certification", as well as the threedimensional integration of "mutual employment of teachers, shared bases, joint competitions, and co-education of students". The effectiveness is also empirically verified. The research finds that this model can significantly improve students' hard skill compliance rate, soft skill scores, and dynamic capability evaluations. Finally, based on the research conclusions, strategies for school-enterprise co-education are proposed from four dimensions: mechanism reconstruction, ability cultivation, incentive design, and quality evaluation, providing a reference solution for enhancing the employability of higher vocational students, resolving the contradiction between supply and demand of vocational education talents, and serving the transformation and upgrading of industries.
