资助育人是高职院校推进"三全育人"工作的重要举措,落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,提升思想政治工作质量的重要途径。当前高职院校资助育人工作的全面推进依然面临着育人主体单一,缺乏协同机制;育人方式单一,缺乏连贯过程;育人平台单一,缺乏必要吸引;考核方式单一,缺乏有效评价等诸多困境,需要高职院校构建学校、家庭、社会和朋辈"四位一体"的育人共同体、建立"解困——育人——成才——回馈"全过程闭环式进阶育人体系、打造多层次资助育人平台、形成资助育人科学评价机制,多方面共同发力加以破解。
Abstract:Funding education is an important measure for vocational colleges to promote the "Three comprehensive education" work, to fulfill the inherent requirements of the basic task of moral education,and to improve the quality of ideological and political work. Current higher vocational colleges of the educational work of promoting still faces a funding education the main body of a single, lack of coordination mechanism, the education way of a single, lack of coherent process, single education platform,the lack of necessary to attract, single appraisal way, many difficulties such as lack of effective evaluation,higher vocational colleges need to build school, family, social, and peer "four-in-one" the educational community, to establish "solution-education-up – feedback" the whole process of the closed loop type advanced education system, building multi-level education platform, forming education of aid to scientific evaluation mechanism, together in many aspects to crack.
