采取Maknquist指数方法来测算中国的技术进步,实证分析发现,中国的对外贸易没有成为带动技术进步的有效力量,这与中国对外贸易结构中初级产品和加工贸易比重过高有关,也与中国公共教育支出比重过低阻碍了技术的消化和吸收有关。
Abstract：Malmquist index is adopted to compute China's technology progress.Empirical analysis shows that inter- national trade didn't promote China's technology progress as it is expected,which could be contributed to China's un- reasonable foreign trade structure with high weight of primary goods and processing trade,and low public education ex- pending against technology digestion.
